We design for the worst minute
Event software is not judged in the demo, it is judged at the peak: the queue at the gate, the bar at 2am, the last day of sales. Everything we build is designed backwards from there.
Event software · Paraguay
Ticketing, cashless payments, access control and reporting for promoters, venues and organizers across Paraguay and the region. Systems that hold up with a queue at the gate and wifi that keeps dropping.

What we build
Most vendors solve one link and leave you gluing systems together with a spreadsheet. These are the pieces we can build for you — one at a time, or end to end.
Online ticket sales: pricing tiers with their own inventory and cutoff, local payment methods, and digital tickets with signed QR codes that validate offline.
Cashless for bars and points of sale: top-ups, NFC wristbands or cards, per-station close and refunds of the remaining balance. Built to run with no signal.
Access control at the gate: camera scanning from the staff's own phones, a roster downloaded before the event, several gates in parallel and duplicate detection.
Live reporting: sales by hour, channel and ticket type, real-time attendance, revenue per point of sale and a closing report you can share.
Paraguayan e-invoicing: document issuing and signing, a retry queue for when the tax service is down, and an explicit state per document.
Day-to-day venue operations: digital orders across floor, bar and kitchen, a live table map and per-shift till close.
How we work
These are not business-card values. They are the real constraints of running software inside a venue full of people.
Event software is not judged in the demo, it is judged at the peak: the queue at the gate, the bar at 2am, the last day of sales. Everything we build is designed backwards from there.
The warehouse has no signal and the venue wifi drops. Devices operate on their own, store what they did and sync later — without double-charging or losing a sale.
Every operation is recorded with who and when. When the till is short at the end of the night, or someone argues at the gate, there is an answer instead of an argument.
Getting started
No twenty-page proposals, no meetings to schedule another meeting.
Half an hour to understand the event or the venue: volume, dates, what you have today and what hurts. Free, no strings.
Written scope, timeline and a fixed price. If the project does not work on budget or on time, we say so at this stage and not halfway through.
Partial deliveries you can try early, not a three-month black box. You see the progress and we correct against something real.
We are available the first time the system faces a real crowd. That is exactly when you need the person who built it.
Tell us what you need and by when. If we are not the right fit, we will say so straight.
